★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindest most compassionate vets I have ever met. Both Dr Poitras and Dr Seabrook have always been friendly, understanding, and have treated my pets with love and care and all of the technicians and office staff that I have met have been incredibly kind and pleasant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a trustworthy veterinarian office.
I am a vet tech, and I knew what procedures/tests I wanted done on my dog when I arrived. An extra unneeded test was done that cost $150, and when I said no to an injection, the veterinarian took it upon himself to give it to her anyway when he brought her into his back room (away from me) to take blood, another $80 that didn't need to happen.
I will never return here, your best interest and your pets best interest is not at heart... He is out to get your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great vets and reception. Not a fan of pricing or the way they charge. Vet was aware my dogs contracted kennel cough through a pet resort in town that was known for having kennel cough, still made me bring both dogs in. Was charged an evaluation fee on both my dogs which consisted of listening to their heart and takimg their temperature. Vet didnt even take the one pups temperature. Otherwise great people and swift vets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Poitras, Dr. Seabrook and all the staff at the Animal Hospital have been nothing but exceptional in every way. They treated our mini schnauzer like a family member for his entire 14 years. I can’t say enough about the fine care and caring staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best vet ever. Great staff. Couldn't do enough for us when we had to put our beloved dog down. Been with this vet for over 40 years and never had such loving care by any other vet. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pup had a round worm he threw up in car. I went to Animal hospital right away. They listen had lots of patients and took a look at him, got medication for him. Made an app. for his next visit. Yes his first visit at his vet.
They were fantastic with him.
Very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved to a new house in the Sault on a Friday and somehow our cat found a balloon and ate it. By Monday, we were very concerned about his behaviour and took him to a different emergency vet (which wasn't terribly helpful). But this one on Tilley Road took us in on the Tuesday and was exceptional! Great service and they did everything they could to help our cat pass the balloon on his own. We appreciated their willingness to take us in when vets are short staffed these days. They saved us the cost of a major surgery. Thanks so much! Also, it was so nice to meet the office kitty, Dexx!
