Fast and efficient, the vet is very friendly and took good care of my baby. Would recommend to a friend.

We have been bringing our pet dog to the Animal Health Clinic for close to 15 years, since he was a puppy. The Animal Health Clinic and staff have been very professional in their work, understanding of the customer's concern and very fair with the price. Our pet has also gone through 3 surgeries during that time and all were done with care and compassion. I would highly recommend this Vet Office. Are they taking on new patients, I don't know?

Took very good care of my two furbabies

The entire office warm, sensitive and professional. Had 5 dogs and the vet examined one pro bono! This exceptional service demonstrates caring and commitment. The office never pushes treatments I don't want as I use natural products. Have challenges ahead. One dog with possible Cushing's, one dog with a hernia and mammary growths, teeth issues and skin conditions.

Dr Gunum has not been my pets vet in years. As much as I love everything about him, his secretary is one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. Why isn’t Dr Gunum addressing this problem when I know there have been many complaints. I took my dog to see him recently because he was the vet on call and she is still there. I think her name is Debbie Such a good vet but the secretary is driving many customers away. I have 5 dogs that I am forced to take elsewhere !

Our cat had some serious vomiting after hours that dehydrated him leaving him weak, shaky, and panting. Animal Health clinic was the emergency on-call vet that night. They quickly got our Bandit filled with fluids and vitamins and brought my wife and I so much comfort! They were great, talked us through the examination and got our cat back on the road to recovery within an hour of his incedent!

I am editing this 5 star rating to a warning rating. The counter person that takes your money without a smile will absolutely not accept responsibility for their errors and could possibly interfere with your pet's health. During the last year of my best friend's life we saw the vet almost monthly. We found that there was a constant struggle to get the correctly prescribed food for my small dog's gastrointestinal problems. Reception would bring out a flat of cans and then argue that it was the same food as was first prescribed. It was completely different food. All but two orders offered were different than the originally prescribed food. We would always have to argue; sometimes giving up and just accepting we had no say. My guy would run to pick up the pre-ordered food during his lunch break, not noticing that they'd sent the wrong food again. We'd have to argue that the food was even purchased there, even though we'd attended that office almost every month! So very stressful while trying to provide 24 hour palliative care to my poor sick girl. She passed away after going there for 15 years. My guy tried to return the last of the (Kidney food?) but was met with the denial of having ever even SOLD it to us. We donated it and the dry food for LARGE DOGS we had been stuck with for my tiny one. It was for the correct ailment that time, just for a totally different dog. After that I decided to call. I asked that this person keep in mind that every animal coming in there is loved dearly by someone. Their response; the file only showed they sold the correct food. I offered to send the pictures taken after each incorrect order. They were so interested that they hung up. This person has a long standing reputation for being this way. I can now confirm that yes, they are in fact exactly what they are known to be. If you do use this clinic please do not allow for this person's mistakes and selfish unprofessionalism to continue, for your pet's sakes! It's worth paying a bit more for a veterinarian who keeps on empathetic and compassionate staff. ~Shame on you over there.

Great support for our dog. A very caring team. They do a great job of keeping costs down. Appointment times are always good. I just recommended them to friend who has been getting health services in Sault Michigan
