★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everytime i attempt to make an order thru skip the dishes or uber eats, the restaurant never accepts my order and then shuts the order option off on the app! this has happened to me 4 times now. when i call to see what the problem is the employees claim they don’t know why the order wasnt accepted and that there should still be access to ordering online. if you do ever get lucky enough to make an order, itll take over an hour to make and deliver

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 sultani kababs. Waited one hour. The meat was smelling awful. Returned it. Waited another 15 min for my money. I have never seen such an unorganized restaurant in my life. Will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not a place to dine in. If you are paying a visit to this place, then lower your expectations.
If the place aimed at promote Middle Eastern/Persian culture by staff’s uncleanliness, then it’s a ‘mission accomplished’ for them. Tables are greasy, the whole restaurant is filled with kitchen smell and grill fume.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if I could. Walked in to the manager arguing back and forth with a customer. All the tables were disgusting - not a single table was clean. We had to REQUEST to have our table wiped down. We then waited ovet half an hour for our food only to be told that our order wasn’t even made. Theres over 15 people working in the back yet somehow they’re carelessly behind on all orders. Zero hygienic protocols are followed. Terrible customer service. Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was flavorful and the quantity satisfying. Prices are reasonable too. Service is excellent and staff are very friendly. A real gem of a place, I would definitely recommend Samir's Kabab house if you are in the Stoney Creek Area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food quality is not good at all. I tried Vaziri Kebab with rice and Qaboli Polo, I didn't like the quality and taste. Qaboli polo was filled with bones under the rice instead of meat (very small amount of meat). Kebab quality wasn't good either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to samir grocery and sometime pick food at Samir kabab house. Today I ordered 2 beef karahi . Both container had only bones and fat, found one piece of beef!!. A piece of fat usually get thrown because is not eatable was in one of my container. It hapenned once before with the beef karahi when I ordered. This is my last time ordering from them. Sorry no more.
