Krissy does an amazing job! :) I highly recommend seeing her. She can make your hair look even better than it ever has before. She's friendly and very easy to have a conversation with.

I can't speak to the quality of the work at this salon, but I can speak to the level of customer service I received while trying to purchase a gift card for mothers day. When I entered the salon, I immediately got a good vibe. I loved the way that it was decorated and the way they had it set up. I felt really comfortable there and thought to myself "Hey, maybe this could be my new salon!" but after waiting at the counter for about 20 minutes and no one came to greet me, or even acknowledge the fact that I was there my opinion quickly changed. Working in the service industry myself, I'm not one to interrupt others while they are working however a simple "I'll be with you soon" would do. I didn't expect them to all drop what they were doing at the moment I walked in, but I didn't expect to stand there feeling foolish for half an hour. I even walked around, made some noise hoping this would draw someone's attention (there were 4 stylists that should of saw me, as I was not out of sight to them). This was extremely upsetting, and if the person I was buying the gift card for didn't have their heart set on going there I would have left and wouldn't have come back. After half an hour I left and went back to my car where my fiancé was sitting there waiting for me, and told him what happened. He went inside, and interrupted one of the employees and explained to them what had happened. Of course, they acted as if they didn't notice me (which maybe they didn't because they were only concerned about getting a big tip from the customers they were working on). Anyways, I won't be back to this salon for myself, or for anyone else. I don't want to support a business who doesn't pride themselves on their customers and giving them a great customer service experience.

I am a long time customer here. Kelly and her staff are artists with color and hair! Weekends are usually pretty busy and harder to get in, but that's pretty standard for a good hair stylist! Good location.

I've been going to salon venator for a while now and I love it. The stylists are always so nice. I love my hair every time I leave there. I recommend it to everyone when they ask me where I get my hair done. The salon is always so clean and tidy. I will definitely keep going back.

The owner is a raging lunatic who is a classic “karen” and likes to yell at people when she is in the wrong. She stoops so low to name call like a 12 year old having a tantrum. Absolutely despicable behaviour, embarrassing person to have the displeasure of coming across. Don’t ever get your hair done here.

Awesome haircut! I’m super particular when it comes to my hair and I always find myself frustrated with how my cuts turn out, but this was one of the best hair cuts I’ve gotten! Exactly what I was looking for! Definitely will be booking again

Love this business. First time going was at the old location I got a colour job and by my own mistake I picked slightly different colour than I intended and they were so happy to change and get it closer to what I wanted which was a lovely red colour faded to a bright orange at the bottom this did not cost me an outrageous amount it was very reasonable which I loved so much because hair can be so expensive. The owner Kelly is such a lovely lady she's so nice and helpful and runs such a nicely kept salon. She a boss goals I wish my own was a great as her. I started getting regular hair cuts even after they moved locations because I just love this business so much and they always give me exactly what I ask for and if I'm not really feeling they are so happy to work with me to get a perfect new look which I have yet to find anywhere else that gives you such a personal experience. overall I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone it's just amazing and all the workers are such sweet caring people. xoxo
