★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service I did two set of laser face which was bad and I told her I want my money back she said I don’t give back, I don’t recommend anyone going there!!!! I hope they close her junk store cause I don’t call it hairsalon!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE. I purchased a Groupon for a wash and haircut. While making an appointment, I did mention I had a Groupon. The day of my appointment, I showed up hoping to get a wash but instead, my hairdresser had to excuse her self to take her pill then took me straight to the chair to cut my hair. I should have left the salon when I realised she didn't bother to wash my hair. I requested between 2 - 3 inches off my hair, U-shape and some layers. She grabbed a chunk of my hair and just chopped it off and then let it go then did her best to make a U-shape at the back then snip my sides for some "layers". It was the shortest haircut I have ever had, less than 20 minutes. I've let my hair grow for 6 months and I regret letting this hairdresser touch it. My hair is butchered. There was missed strands of hair that wasn't cut and it is so uneven. My hair wasn't even blended. The scissors she used looked like safety scissors. I'm starting to think she wasn't even a hairstylist...After she redeemed my Groupon at the cashier, she wanted to charge me tax and but didn't know how much it was worth...the fact that she had to take a pill before cutting my hair, if she was feeling ill, she shouldn't be cutting people's hair. Overall, terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get my brows done there and have never been dissatisfied. One time I paid a lot for a cut and colour...big mistake. I left with dye on my face. My daughter did a better job of colouring my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst haircut I have ever had. "Stylist" (I use this term loosely) did not listen to what I said. Cut off way too much and cut sides very uneven then had to cut other side shorter so they would match.
Didn't seem to know how to layer or what a full bang is. I would not recommend this salon. Very dated and worn chairs with the surface vinyl worn off. Definitely not something that could be kept clean and sanitized.
