★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not a large corporation so nothing gets lost, overlooked or ignored, all employees work together to make sure customers are satisfied and you are being treated like a family member. Barbara-Anne was my agent and I was very happy with that choice. This company actually helps you with a purchase or sale of a house. They will go above and beyond for a customer. When I was buying my first house this agency did the research for me and also gave me advise what to look for in a rural area. Questions I didn't even know that I should have asked the seller, things that would never cross my mind to ask, they took the time to make sure my purchase was safe and that price was appropriate for the house. They did negotiate the price of the house for me and I bought it well below asking price.
I didn't even have to look for a house inspector or a lawyer they took their time to find one for me as well as mortgage broker.
Thank you for your help! I live here for over 5 years now and love it. You have made the experience of buying new home as easy and stress free as possible.

She was very kind, professional and understanding. Good recommendations, took us to see our first homes and we found one we loved in no time.
Kelly has great follow up and follow through, very thorough and has great tips and tricks for home buying and what to look for. Also has great recommendations for inspectors.
Highly recommend!!

Had to fight to get Leslie McNulty to do anything after the offer sheet was written up, but then again I was told "it's not like I spent $500000". If this is who you have representing your company then shame on you. I will never recommend your company to anyone. Take the money and run
