★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full disclaimer, my dad owns this company. I wanted to post a review to help him out with his online marketing. Obviously I've never dealt with my dad on a strictly professional level but I can tell you for a fact that he is a very good man and is honest to a fault.
I see a one star review. I personally guarantee that review is malicious and not truthful. I understand that no one can please everybody but what was said just doesn't make sense. I'm guessing it was posted by a competitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly helpful, quick sale of my husband's home, friendly and very knowledgeable! $50,000 more than my husband's ex's realtor wanted to list it for!! Despite all of the hardship thrown his way in this matter, he was amazing to work with! Thanks Peter!

He was to meet at my house for a walk through and Peter never showed up.
I hired a different realtor and peter misrepresented himself allowing him access to my home. Then he broke into my home using my realtors key. Set off my alarm system. A police report has been filed. Peter was hired by my husband and has continued to falsely claim he is representing both of us in the sale of our home. He had my husband sign a blank listing document and expected myself to do so as well. When asked to work with my realtor in the sale of my home he has continued to refuse to do so. Making the sale of my family home an unbearable experience for all involved. If I could give negative stars I would do so. WHATEVER YOU DO! DO NOT HIRER THIS CROOK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peter was great to deal with, very professional and quick to act. Was going through a divorce, my ex had a realtor who was working with contractors trying to get me to agree to selling the home for 50 g's less than Peter recommended. I went with Peter's rightful advice and the home sold for exactly that. He is a life saver. Anyone who would say different is crazy.
