When we were looking to buy our first home, we had no idea where to begin. We made an appointment to meet with Monica and she was extremely helpful, explaining to us all of the things we would need to do to prepare for the purchase; from financing to making an offer, she answered all of our questions. When we were ready to move forward, Monica met us at our first home walk through and immediately started going over the details of what we should be looking for. We looked at homes for about a month before finding “the one”, and all throughout that time Monica would work around our crazy schedule, constantly sending us homes she thought we should look at. Even when we couldn’t find the time to go out looking at houses, she would go and look at them on her own and email us complete write ups going over what she thought we might like, and what she knew we would not. Monica made the whole process very easy and it was always apparent that she was continuously working. We greatly appreciate how easy she made the process and all of the time that she put into helping us find our perfect home.

I bought my first home in a sellers market which was intimidating to even start looking (peak Covid pandemic). Monica was very responsive to my questions (pretty much daily), very informative before and at each viewing as to general upkeep/home management and possible expenses, and supportive.
