About Gondola Pizza NORTH ST. VITAL, Windsor Park, St.Boniface, Southdale, SouthLand Park

Gondola Pizza made and delivered its first pizza in Winnipeg in 1964. Our first restaurant was located at the corner of Oakenwald Avenue and Pembina Highway and we’re proud to say we’re still operating at the same site. Because of limited space, the commissary was first set up in the basement and the main floor restaurant became a convenient testing ground for our newly developed recipes.

“With a commitment to homemade quality, we created the world-famous Incomparable Original Thin Crust” pizza. Soon after, we developed our delicious pasta and rib dinners, which are still made using the original recipes.

To this day, Gondola Pizza takes pride in its long-standing traditions of exceptional quality and extraordinary service. We’ve grown from humble beginnings in Winnipeg to being Manitoba’s first choice in pizza, pasta, ribs, chicken wings, salads and so much more.

Through all of our years of expansion, Gondola Pizza has remained a locally owned and operated company. Every day, we continue to provide Manitobans with great pizza, good times and life-long memories.

Favorite Gondola location in the city. I like all kinds of pizza, but I could eat from here any day of the week. Comfort food. I rarely get back home before having a slice

Once again had the best pizza. Super consistent. Some may say its pricey but I have ordered many pizzas with same cost attached to find cheap meat, large crust with no toppings. Called cheating out. Anyways consistent amazing Za!

The combo pizza we ordered was near to perfection. Ample toppings and cooked just right with a nice crispy not too thick or thin crust. Some take out the take out box is weightier than the pie not so with this order which had some heft to it.

I've been to the majority of the Gondolas in this city and I couldn't believe one of my favourite pizzas could get even better. This location does it Best. Amazing, attentive service. Hot, fresh pies cut to party which makes me feel like I'm snacking. Before you know it, it's gone. So delicious.

Tried the thin crust cheese. For Winnipeg this is a very decent Pizza! Crust was very basic in flavour and texture, (standard for generic tasting ingredients and Pizza oven) but overall satisfying . Crust had a balanced texture and crunch but a little bland and misses some of the magic from a coal fire pizza oven. Not in the same reality of more Seasoned prep techniques and TLC you would find mainly in theUS where Pizza has more of a sacred history and story to tell from value, taste, personality, and gentle confidence. Sauce was good and light tasting with mild sweetness with just the right amount added to the pizza. Overall honestly one of the better pizzas this city has to offer but very average in other town's/cities that have a stronger pizza culture and history. 4/5 for a Winnipeg Pizza , but 6.1/10 from a β€œBarstool” rating system IMO.

Best Gondola location, taste like it did 15 years ago. Make sure to get the pep and side bacon. Always get original thin as the other crust aren’t spectacular. I’m not sure what everyone is talking about mine has always been on time.

Called the restaurant to see what was going on. And instead of being empathetic or sympathetic the guy just said, β€œoh well I’m not skip” then hung up on me. After just simply telling them that according to skip their restaurant is closed. Also it’s a constant hit and miss with this location. Some days it taste like cardboard with cheese and other days it like, oh this must be the great taste they claim. Think I’ll be looking for a new place that has passion in what they serve their customers.

This pizza smelt amazing but was absolutely disgusting!!! I was so sick afterwards. Also their Greek salad didn't come with cucumber or iceberg lettuce. It was a container full of spring mix. How about change your description to what the item actually is.
