I placed a order via Dominno’s app and with my piece of the pie rewards points, I had 60 points, which is enough for a free pizza. So I ordered a medium pepperoni and ham pizza for pick up. I had a friend drive me there. The Dominno’s workers wanted me to pay full price for a FREE pizza, so I asked to speak with the manager and she wouldn’t give me my food. Before I left she said the best I can do is give you 50% on your FREE pizza. I even called the customer line to make a complaint and they didn’t have anyone answer just a voicemail... and they still haven’t got back to me to give me my free pizza!!!!! What happened to the customers always right? Is this the Dominno’s way?

It was obviously double baked even tho I did not request that and my pizza tasted very odd. I placed a pre order so I don't see why it wouldn't be fresh. I don't wanna call cause Ive already waited and ussaly it never gets resolved just get an apology. Also the safety seel sticker for preventing tamporing was not on the box as well.

R	Renaider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleasantly surprised with my experience ordering from Domino’s. Like most people I don’t consider dominoes a high-end pizza restaurant. I decided to order from Domino’s because they are close to me and I haven’t had their pizza in a long time. I ordered a large thin crust chicken taco pizza with extra spicy peppers on top. The pizza itself was delivered within 22 minutes of ordering it which made me wonder if it was actually done or not. Since it was a thin crust I guess it cooked rather quickly because it was well cooked and actually tasted pretty good. I would’ve liked a little extra cheese on it, as it was advertised having three cheeses, but all in all it wasn’t a bad pizza. I would have given them 3 1/2 stars but they do not offer truly contactless delivery. I had to take the pay system from the driver, enter in a tip and tap my credit card, then hand it back to them. I asked about just paying over the phone with my credit card and I was told that they don’t do that. I’ve ordered pizza from other establishments that allowed me to do this and it’s A better truly contactless system. I hope dominoes addresses this and allows people to pay over the phone in the future. I would order from them again. The price was good andThe pizza was good. Not high end but certainly worth the money.

The first time the delivery driver tipped it on its side and all the toppings were slid to one side. I have done pizza delivery and I know for a fact this does not happen easily unless you are very careless. The second time my pizza had more pizza sauce than it did cheese when it was supposed to have double cheese. Somehow my 8 piece chicken only had 7 pieces. Also, they only delivered 1 of 2 sauces I ordered. Overall very disappointing and not worth the money. Edit: Ordered again, hoping for better service in the late afternoon. Somehow a regular pepperoni and bacon pizza had almost no cheese on it. I’m super confused about that…. again… just not a good experience.
