Every time we leave the salon we are SO happy! My dog has extremely sensitive skin and suffered from a traumatic hair loss and Louise and her team have helped take care of my little one for almost a year now!
I drive across the city just to see her, we love it here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought our dog, a terrier/poodle mix, here for her first grooming and was very, very happy with the results. Louise, the owner, did a great job. I wasn't sure what kind of cut would be good and left it up to her. She chose a great cut that really suited the dog.
The premises are spotless and the atmosphere calm. I would certainly recommend this business and will definitely be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have two standard poodles, that are a lot of work and their fur is quite thick and difficult to deal with. They are 4 and 5 y.old and we changed a few groomers in the past. It is my first time with Luise and I was absolutely impressed. My dogs never looked and felt better. Normally after grooming they feel a bit off, but not here. Words cannot describe how happy I am. She took her time to make them gorgeous and I'm never going to another groomer again. It is hard to find groomers that are good with poodles, and she is an absolute artist and master of her art. Don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed, and I'm sure you'll be impressed. Thank you Luise, you have my love and gratitude forever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called 3 times in 3 days and no one picked up so I eventually Messaged Salon Dog Wash upon a friend’s recommendation for my Shiba.
Very gentle dog, never shown any sign of agression but just because I mentioned he was a Shiba they point blank refused to take him.
I tried to ask them to reconsider and they just ghosted me… it’s unfortunate that some breeds suffer prejudice, if they weren’t comfortable with it I can understand but I would have appreciated a recommendation to another place that would have taken him.
Ended finding another place on my own and they didn’t make any fuss about it and every time they tell us what a « good boy » he is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog has anxiety and becomes agressive when groomed because of bad groomers he had in the past which I mentioned to her many times. She has zero experience with difficult dogs like she said she had. First time in 11 years that someone is not able to finish grooming him.
When I came to get him, she was extremely rude telling me my dog is insane and blaming him for biting after I saw her trying to catch him with a long pole while she was clearly freaking out and making my dog even more scared trying to hide from her in the corner of the window. Who knows what else she did while I wasn’t looking.
She is not an experienced groomer and obviously lacks a lot of training. Also took a month for an appointment and doesn’t let clients inside the salon so she needs to go outside a lot to talk to people which she did twice in 30 min. (while attending a difficult dog).
Now I have to bring my traumatized dog to another groomer in a week to finish the job. She left him with big chunks of eye gunk just hanging on his face.
Horrible experience!
