S	Sabrina Nowak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, extremely friendly. We haven't used them as a groomer, just as a pet shop, as I have a breed that rarely needs grooming. However, the staff is super helpful, and the selection is huge for the size of the store. I've never seen this before, but they have small free sample bags of dog food so you can find a brand your dog will actually eat before buying 5kg. They also have a variety of allergy-friendly, low grain, no grain, and raw foods available. Their selection of treats is pretty huge, including some brands I haven't seen other places, and they have boots, leashes, toys, collars, some clothes, and some harnesses for dogs. I didn't see racing/running harnesses, but they may have them and I just missed them. There is a selection of things for cats, but it's a smaller selection. They do also have free samples for cat food as well, and some collars and toys.

The groomer and I had some great communication before his grooming to make sure we were on the same page, and I couldn't be happier. Very happy I stuck with Doghaus :) Unfortunately, I did not like the grooming my puppy got at all. For one, the hair was cut way too short, especially on the ears. The short ears makes my puppy's head shape look different, and not in a good way. This might be the worst my puppy's looked since I got him. I would have hoped to have received more communication during the process before they went ahead to cut it this short, especially when I made it clear early on what I was hoping for. Second, my puppy's fur around his mouth was stained when I got him. Not sure how that happened before I picked him up but I would have expected my puppy to come out of his grooming looking clean everywhere. Overall, very disappointed and the worst grooming experience I've had yet!!

The food and treat selection will satisfy even the pickiest of dogs! If you are looking for a go to dog store, trust me this is the spot! Even my dogs will agree! They literally cry and get excited when we drive by! They don’t do that for any other place!

They also sell bocces bakery treats which are very high quality and last a long time. Great place for your puppy. I trust the clerks' suggestions and the quality of the products.

She peed twice in the store (I’m sorry ?), and the staff members were very understanding about it. They clearly stated how long it would take (3 hrs), and if it takes shorter/longer they would call us. It took less than 3 hrs and Mani came out fresher than ever !! I love how they trimmed my dog’s ears- so cute. I also noticed my dog was not scared of the staff member, at all. They were all so friendly! She definitely had a comforting experience at Doghaus. I booked the next appointment in June so I am really looking forward it. Thank you so much ?
