Banjo has quite a few health issues (he's a tripod kitty) so I am always grateful for the advice they give me. Raw food is always so fresh and so easy to thaw and serve. Customer service is always top notch.

J	Jos Castro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So here is what I’d say is my complete review of this place. I started looking at the best spots (quality/price) in Montreal to find dry food for my dog. I have a yorkie. From small shops to Safari to vet shops/food, I tried most of them out there ( I live in CDN so I’ve been looking for a high quality place nearby-ish). When I found out about Bailey, it was a nice day. I buy Orijen for my dog (30-35$ the bag) which is one if not the best dry food available for dogs in the canadian market. Then discovered that they have a great selection of high quality raw food. On top of countless treats (again, quality : dried animal organs, ect...). The staff knows my name, always greets me, always asks if I need help, always looking to assist me. Blu the dog is always a sweetheart as is the owner of the shop. I’m a late 20s latin guy with tattoos everywhere so that couple of reviews about employees giving you a death stare or looking at you wierdly is a pure fiction of their imagination. They’ve always smiled at me ( I mean hey, bad days can happen to anyone so give people a break if you went in once and judged). They even have a client rewards ‘program’ ( you get a free bag of food at some point). I’ve never had an issue since I started going there years ago. The employees have good knowledge of what they do and sell. Always respected, always a treat to talk to the ladies that work there, my yorkie loves the organ treats, raw food and of course those Orijen bags. Did I mention how clean and organized the place is? Yeah, 5 stars rating for me !

I found this store on a whim and had an amazing first experience there a few months ago when purchasing a bed for my puppy. When I looked online and saw their raw-nutrition and overall store philosophy, I was so impressed! Went in today to ask questions and the owner was incredibly helpful! She made me feel welcomed and took time to recommend food amd training treats while educating me on pet nutrition. Absolutely LOVED my experience, this is someone who you can entrust your pet's wellbeing to! Will be going again, even if I live further away :)

Was totally ignored by the clerk who was totally occupied by a computer and phone and did not even acknowledge my presence for over 10 minutes. So I left. And does the owner have a veterinary degree to qualify her advertisements and knowledge of animal health issues!!!!

I walked into the store a few months ago, distraught because my cat couldn't digest anything the vet prescribed her. She wasn't gaining weight and wasn't getting healthier. Nathalie listened to my needs and suggested a few different canned meats (which she sampled me for free, which is why she's an angel) and at first my cat's digestion improved but wasn't 100%. Nathalie then suggested giving her raw rabbit and OMG!!!!! My cat's stools were perfect overnight!!! I am so grateful for everything Nathalie, your customer service deserves recognition. Thank you a thousand times.

Not only she helped me to find the best food for my cat’s condition, gave me free samples and tips, but she listened to me and was genuinely caring and empathetic! Never seen someone like her and never had such an extraordinary experience before! I’d give her 10 stars if I could! Oh and she obviously has the best quality products!
