Toutefois lorsque je me suis rendu sur place, elle a refuser l'entente car ne le trouve pas dans leur système informatique. Elle me dit que pour que les achats soient saisis dans leurs système, il aurait fallu une consultation avec un vétérinaire. N'importe quoi. J'ai perdu 1 heure de mon temps sans compter le voyage entre. C'est une boutique que je ne retournerai jamais. Mauvais service ! Méfiez-vous. The employee made an agreement with me by phone to take back the 4kg bag of food without an invoice.
