★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little bit wary ordering from Iris because they didn't have a website or any reviews, and because I am so neurotic that I was worried that it wouldn't work out. I am SO glad I did it anyway. They gave me an extremely affordable price for a large order, everything was delivered early, and they provided me with careful instructions on how to care for the flowers before the event. They were very very kind and made sure to have all of their bases covered. I never write reviews for things, but I figured that if I was concerned that there were no reviews, other people would be too... so I hope you will take this as proof that they do a great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop owner was extremely sweet and helpful, she took her time explaining how to properly water my new plant and wrapped it carefully so it'd be safe on my way home. The prices are also very reasonable for a florist shop, and she selected a good-sized cotyledon for me !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Tiger Paws begonia in the winter and when I got them they had died because of the cold weather where I live. However, Iris Florist honored my purchase and said once the weather got warmer they'd resend them. They resent me the same plants , no additional charge and they arrived in good condition this time. The plants were carefully wrapped and put in the box so carefully. The florist followed up and were excellent in customer service!! I am thrilled and highly recommend them. Customer service is 'Tres Bien! Thank you Iris Florist!!
