We are writing to express our appreciation for Ms. Veronika Ismailova, a family counsellor in the employ of Collins Clarke MacGillivray White at the Sherbrooke St offices in Montreal. The family of the late Mary Mosend Mullally would like to acknowledge the very impressive way that Ms. Ismailova carried out her responsibilities as your employee.
Ms. Ismailova is a consummate professional. She consistently gave us a significant amount of time and attention during an emotionally draining experience. She was patient, very understanding and knowledgeable, reliable and reassuring as she dealt with our needs on many levels. She was extremely generous in making herself available for our questions and in anticipating concerns. We knew that we were in competent hands from the outset which became even more apparent as time passed. She is attentive to detail; she is an astute listener; she explains procedures in a factual, unrushed way. Ms. Ismailova demonstrated sound judgment and impressive communication skills in dealing with difficult situations wherein she showed respect and consideration for all involved.
My husband and I believe that Collins Clarke MacGillivray White is very fortunate to have Ms. Ismailova serving the families of the recently deceased. She is an exceptional person. We have great respect and high regard for the quality of the way in which she worked with us, cared for us and gave us support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ann-Frédérique Martel was the counsellor who took care of my mother's funeral arrangements and I could not have had a more caring, understanding and capable person. She was absolutely amazing in all facets of the job. I felt completely at ease and during a loss of a family member, that is a difficult feeling to obtain.
I can not speak highly enough of all the work, effort and help she offered.
Simply amazing.

My experience accessed only a small part of their service offering (cremation and government documentation), but the individual handling my account (Josiane T.) could not have been more cordial, informative and overall empathetic. At every stage I felt that my requests were heard and the follow through was without fault.
