★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I was rating solely on amenities and how "cute" the facilities are - I would give 5 stars. Definitely a very posh doggie spa/hotel - but I was surprised with the lack of customer service. I booked my dog in for 2 nights stay over this past weekend. I updated most of my information online but check in still took 25 ish minutes. I know a longer check in is expected for a first time stay but the attendants were somewhat absent minded / preoccupied. For $100 ish a night you would expect a fun live feed of the dogs playing to tune into (like I've had with previous dog daycares) - but not here. Upon check out the attendant was again preoccupied on the phone. Briefly paused to ask my dogs name for checkout, my dog came running down a hall alone and I waited around for a few min for "check out" or to get his belongings. The attendant remained on the phone and I noticed some bins with dog items. I found my dogs leash and we left. I got outside and let him in the park beside the parking lot - he immediately relieved himself which made me wonder how long he had been waiting. I understand this location can host a large amount of dogs so maybe the attention to detail is lost but I would not bring my dog back here for daycare/ overnight stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON’T BRING YOUR DOG FOR GROOMING ! I waited 4 hours for my dog to get groomed last month and they did not even do his face! They put my 8 month old puppy with a new girl that doesn’t know how to handle puppies. She cut my dog on his paws and legs. The owner TATIANNA is a LIAR and a THIEF. Please don’t go to this place! They made me pay before seeing my dog! 100$ for a half grooming. PLEASE read all the google reviews before taking your dog to this awful business located at 3824 Saint-Patrick St, Montreal, QC H4E1A4

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a dog lover and obsessed person, this is the place to be! A real luxury hotel for dogs, those doggies, including mine, love coming here! Always well taken care of! Not to forget the delicious food at Ruby Café and the ambiance it has, just amazing! ?

Super friendly staff who care about your dog!
Really cool amenities like the Cafe they have on site.
Would definitely recommend bringing your dog in to DoggieVille MTL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the yoda splash and the instructor helped us a bit with our dog even if we hadn’t booked a session with her. She was very generous. I came back for grooming and it took 3 hours since my golden retriever had lots of knots and they didn’t want to rush it out in order not to hurt her. This place is amazing and I will definitely be back. Thank you for taking great care of Ouro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our dogs multiple times. First time we complained about the grooming. Took over 7 hours. Don’t complain because you’re not allowed to be unhappy at doggieville. Tatiana explained us the process. We understood and brought our dogs back many more time. One day they came to pick up our dogs at home after we had canceled the appointment. Second complaint was too much for Tatiana. Our dogs have been banned from the establishment. It’s a private business and apparently it’s customary to refuse dogs. We tried booking daycare for them. Last week they were allowed. They actually spent a nice day. This week Tatiana refused the booking. Spoke to her personally to try to resolve the issue. Was told that we cause too many problems to her and her staff so we can’t go back. It’s too bad. Hopefully we’ll get refunded for our pool passes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our visit. We celebrated the 3-year birthday of our pup and it was awesome. Our pups got little cupcakes. My oatmilk latte was delicious. So was my husband's French toast. The service was very friendly.

Great lunch place in the area. Prices are bit high, but it is worth the price.
I find that pulled pork burger is THE BEST! Juicy, tasty and filling.
You can also bring your dogs!
