Il a été à l'écoute de mes besoins et il a été capable de bien cibler les régions qui étaient à soulager chez moi (surtout épaules, cou, omoplates). Je suis ressortie de la séance beaucoup plus détendue qu'à mon arrivée. J'ai aimé le fait que Tristan s'adapte à mes demandes pendant la séance en me demandant constamment si la pression exercée était adéquate, ce que je ressentais, etc.
Bref, une heure de massage qui est passée trop rapidement, et je n'hésiterai pas à reprendre rendez-vous avec lui pour de futures consultations. Il a été très professionnel et je le recommande à tous.
 Very good massage experience with Tristan! He listened to my needs and was able to target the areas that needed relief in me (especially shoulders, neck, shoulder blades). I came out of the session much more relaxed than when I arrived. I liked the fact that Tristan adapts to my requests during the session by constantly asking me if the pressure exerted was adequate, how I was feeling etc.
In short, an hour of massage that went by too quickly, and I will not hesitate to make an appointment with him for future consultations. He was very professional and I recommend him to everyone.

C’était très relaxant, et surtout Tristan connaissait les techniques à utiliser et les points à relâcher pour débloquer mon dos et plusieurs de mes articulations qui étaient raides depuis des années. C’était bien au-delà de mes attentes, je recommande fortement Tristan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellentes expériences. Cela fait plusieurs fois que je vais le voir pour des douleurs au niveau de mes épaules. Il a su trouver les points à relaxer pour diminuer/ ôter la douleur. Il a su également me conseiller sur les étirements à mettre en place à la maison ainsi que les exercices de renforcements qui pourraient m'aider.
Très contente, je recommande.
Excellent experiences. I have been going to see him several times for pain in my shoulders. He knew how to find the points to relax to reduce / remove the pain. He was also able to advise me on the stretches to put in place at home as well as the strengthening exercises that could help me.
Very happy, I recommend.

Il a su soulager des tensions causé par mon travail, ce qui m'a aidé à être beaucoup plus confortable ensuite! Cela fait quelques jours et je sens encore les bienfaits! Highly recommend!
