★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog got an infection after coming to Muzo Hotel in October, which was a shame since I was referred to come here. He was fine after a couple of weeks, but now it seems that it is a reoccurring infection due to whatever was done to him at this salon.
Owner of the salon is unresponsive. I sent an email, in which they did call me, however, I missed their call, but they were were not in when I called back. And they haven’t called me back since I last spoke with with reception to let them know I called.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So impressed with the kind staff at MUZO who took care of my two dogs over the weekend. They knew how to deal with one of my dogs who is quite anxious, and he warmed up to them quickly. Their groomer even managed to cut his nails and give him a bath, which is usually very difficult. We will be coming back for sure. Thanks Emilie, Emily and Marie and all the rest of the staff for taking care of Hutch and Nala ❤️??!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 2 cats love going to the “spa” when we are away. They always return home well groomed and well loved. When ever we leave for more than a day they always board at Muzo. Great staff great place for your loved ones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 day stay for 5 pets and everything was great. Our babies were well taken care of. Price was high, but you get what you pay for. Would recommend to anyone visiting Montreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t recommend this place enough. Staff is very friendly and very polite. They love the dogs. My dog has stayed at the hotel and has attended the club. I also use their grooming services. The groomer does a great job with the poodle. They also do a very thorough brushing of my lab’s undercoat. Dogs don’t talk, but I know this place is pleasant for them because they are always excited to go. ❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean facility. Professional staff. I boarded my cat here for 2 nights. I was able to view the dog and cat play areas. Everything was well-maintained, and the animals seemed content. The check-in process was very thorough, with attention to animal health and special needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice doggy hotel and groomer. Our dog is not always nice with strangers, but they have been very polite about it every single time we've visited. They will use all the food you provide them with, so don't give extra days worth. The groomer is also very professional and worth the price.
