F	FrancesEve Drake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my initial contact with Nicole Mc Duff, President and further to that substantial communications with Tim Harris the Senior Relocation Officer I have had the most excellent service imaginable. Tim Harris literally worked seven days a week when necessary to facilitate the smooth importation of my Mini Schnauzer - Joshua from Serbia via Montreal to Newfoundland. This was not an easy relocation due to challenges out of the country of origin but Tim worked tirelessly with the Agent in Serbia, which at times seemed to be a virtually impossible feat!!!! Joshua finally arrived in Montreal and was cared for excellently by Nicole and Tim, taken to Manoir Kanisha and driven to another location where Joshua was safely boarded onto a cargo jet for Newfoundland where he arrived safe and sound. I have only good things to say about these wonderful people who are not only professional, efficient and have second to none knowledge of their business but they are pet lovers first and foremost: They really care in a world where this commodity is hard to find.
M	Mel Jansen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the early pandemic days, I was completing a posting in Dakar, Senegal where I had brought my mixed breed dog GUNNER with me (with the help of Manoir Kanisha). At that time, Embassy staffers were recalled to Canada in a hurry, and I, along with several others, had to leave my dog behind. It was a heart-wrenching departure as I had no idea when I would see him again. With the help of Manoir Kanisha and Goldenway in Paris, the hard work of evacuating our furry family members began. Given the context of unprecedented global shutdowns of international airports with the onset of COVID-19, we were in a race against the clock to find a solution before the window of opportunity closed. Since Paris had closed their animal station, it was not possible to make a ‘through waybill’ from Senegal to Canada. Thus, our pets had first to enter France and then be re-exported to Canada. With the incredible assistance of Goldenway in Paris, AirFrance Cargo in Dakar, and Manoir Kanisha in Canada, the whole operation was set up for GUNNER and 2 other dogs to travel on Air France the whole way. Since all of the owners had been anxiously awaiting our pets in Canada for several weeks, there was much excitement and relief when they all arrived safe and sound. GUNNER made several victory rolls on the cool grass that he had so missed!

Bokdal's urine was the biggest problem on long flights, and thanks to the long experience and attention to detail of the Manoir Kanisha team, especially Mr. Tim Harris, she arrived in good health. Maddie is a 6 yr old lab and we were worried about how she would adapt and spend 8 days away from home. Well we shouldn't have worried because Maddie adapted amazingly well and Nicole kept us updated during her stay. I highly recommend Manoir Kanisha - the facilities are very clean and well maintained and the staff is so knowledgeable and kind!

Our relocation to Australia and the strict regulation for pets' entry to the country separated us for over such a long period, and it was the most difficult time for our entire family. However, from the start of his stay until the departure for Australia, Manoir Kanisha not only provided him the best professional care but also reassured his separated family with regular updates on his health and happiness. They provided him wonderful playtime twice a day, which of course he loved. They provided his updates regularly with beautiful photos and responded to our questions immediately with detailed information. Moreover, they took care of all the complicated relocation processes (vaccinations, export/import paper works, communications with related authorities, etc,). We, all his family, were extremely happy to see him arrive in Australia from Canada in such wonderful conditions and were so grateful to Manoir Kanisha for their thorough professional service. I've valued our prior boarding facility and was apprehensive in my search for a new facility. Manoir Kanisha Management and the staffs direct involvement with our dog far exceeded our expectations! All we can say is thank you! An absolutely fantastic operation! C	Cookie face on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manoir Kanisha recently assisted us in the relocation of 2 rescue dogs adopted from the middle east. Their flight date to Montreal came quickly and was days away. Tim organized everything quickly and efficiently and they were able to accommodate these 2 beautiful dogs on short notice and handled it all with a great sense of humor too!. Clear communication and constant updates the entire time. The whole team took great care of them the few days they stayed until their next flight. The dogs were delayed a day on their onward travels to us due to a snow storm and were kept safe and warm until the next day when they were able to fly out. I always felt confident they were in good hands. Nicole kept me well informed as well and provided me with photos, tips and suggestions on their care. This is the kind of client service that is a rarity these days. Nicole even followed up after their arrival to make sure they were doing well. They truly care about the animals they help relocate. This was an amazing experience. Thank you to the entire Manoir Kanisha team who assisted with this project.?
