When my washing machine broke and it was my birthday, the guy at the cash helped me haul the bag of wet clothes to the laundomat. The lady at the cash not only kept an eye on my clothes in the washer when I had to step out, she transferred to the dryer, then she packed everything up for me andit was waiting at the counter when I arrived. She refused to accept any compensation from me. When I come with my baby in a stroller, someone always helps me through the door. Everyone who works there has a kind word, and someone there just offered to bless my coffee and I don't even know if it was a joke. Thank you so much for being the best dep on the planet!
R	Rock Star Today on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honesty appreciated. We needed late night Cranberry Juice so I Googled 24 hour Depanneurs. Fairly close, I drove over. They have a fair selection and quite the selection of beers...but I was too late for that cut-off. I found exactly what I was looking for, and proceeded to the cash. The man rang the item and the register read close to $7. Ok..I told myself...it's Dep prices...but when I handed him $10, he gave me back $5 and then change. He said he heard it scan twice, so it was corrected. Not only great convenience, but honest staff...they get 6 stars.
K	Kashiah Bailey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called this place and asked what time the laundry closed in English and she repeated to to tell me “en francais” I asked her four times in English, in to which I proceeded to say well you know how to speak English don’t you? And then she hung up the phone and now apparently the “lines busy” I live two minutes away, I’m not afraid to walk in and ask you the same question in English. Such poor and terrible service. Very Discriminatory. Just called me back and I asked the same question in to which she responds laundry? What’s laundry. So I turned of any possible background noise deceived the location of the store just to make sure I wasn’t being calling or being contacted by the wrong one. Asked if they had a laundromat attached ( in which she replied,another woman not the previous one, “oh the Laundry) to the store and then asked what time it was open until. And she said it closes at nine. I have no problem being replied to back in French. I do however have a problem with someone imposing another language on me, in at which that time I preferred not to speak it. That one star is staying there until I hear and see that this previous employee( not the one who called back after I called about 3 times, the one who answered the phone when I first called.) receives proper training and adheres to it.
