Be careful with this store and most other Sally Beauty establishments. After buying a pair of clippers that were recommended by store personnel, I got them home and realized they don’t cut and just aren’t usable (andis). Pretty much no good for anything. $100 too. I called their corporate help number afterwords and was told that it was an Andis issue and Sally Beauty wouldn’t take responsibility for the sub par products they are selling. Simply put, they don’t sell good equipment and don’t stand behind their products. Just avoid this place. At least if you buy it at Walmart, they don’t ask questions when you aren’t satisfied. Won’t ever see me or my family back at Sally Beauty.

I was at the story yesterday and Holly assisted me. She was friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I love this store! Each time I go in, all the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was nervous to colour my hair on my own, but they explained the process and were very encouraging. I coloured my hair and it looks great and it only cost about $7.50, instead of $75. or more at the salon. Very happy customer! :)

They have zero customer service skills. When I asked for advice on a product to strip colour form my hair I was advised my hair is “to dead” to do anything to and that she would never put more product in my hair because she’s a “professional hair dresser” and refused to give me a suggestion! There was about 3 other staff standing with her who also did not help or say a word About the situation! I know how my hair is and how much product it can take! If you’re a “professional Hair dresser” go work in a salon not a Sally’s ?

Ok so normally this store abd its staff are great. I was in today for hair dye, was going to go with Ion brand as I've had success with it in the past but couldn't decide on a color. The woman working then suggested the iroiro brand (thinking on it I wonder if it was just an upset opportunity as it's a bit more $), she had all great things to say so I trusted her and got it. Worst hair dye experience I've ever had. The color is nice, but the run off has stained everything, my shower, my sink, even me! And I had to shampoo several times just to get as much as I could off my hair to decrease further staining. I will leave a review on the product itself, I just wish I would've been informed of this amount of staining! I would never have purchased it. I just wish I would've been warned, now its in my hair and it's going to color everything it touches! I've had better experiences with manic panic for Pete's sake! Please just be careful if you buy this iroiro dye!

I would give 0☆. Staff recommended my friend buy blue toner to wash her hair. My friend asked staff to help her choose a blue shampoo for her light blonde hair. My friend now has blueish green hair. Your staff lack the knowledge and experience when recommending products!
