★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment online, got my confirmation email right away. The day of the appointment I showed up about 5-7 min. earlier, the place is empty, there is only a lady at the front desj who tells me no english or french, only Arabic. Unfortunately, Arabic is not a language I am familiar with.
I decided to wait until my appointment time to see if someone else shows up… nothing. I waited 5 minutes past my appointment time to communicate with the lady at the front desk (using google translate), she tells me the person who is supposed to do my nails is currently at the gym ??
I guess my search for a nails place in the Bois Franc continues. There is no way I would go back to a place where they just cannot have the decency to cancel or reschedule an appointment, not because they are busy but because of a workout.
