Most importantly they have created a very warm and inviting atmosphere which makes everyone feel welcome and my kids love it. All the instructors are top notch and they make learning BJJ fun for everyone and it's worth mentioning that the gym is always spotless. It's the best part of our week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great training environment with an extremely supportive group of coaches and training partners. If you're looking for an opportunity to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a school that cares about your individual progress, this is your gym.
Professor Demetre cares about the development of each of his students and has a strong group of coaches that put in so much work and dedication to the curriculum as well. Our training partners are always respectful and patient which really eliminates that intimidation factor as a newby within this martial art.
The youth courses are also solid, and as a parent, I can see why the popularity of the GB VSL school is strong.
Hands down the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I would give them 100 stars!!! Excellent group of teachers. I have 2 boys (6 and 13 years old) and I have never seen them so motivated and happy doing an sport. Professor Dimitri has a gift teaching those kids, especially to young children... they love him! Truly the best sports experience since I live in Montreal.
