★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always been skeptical of big corporate companies. Can’t blame me, I like to save money and have transparency with who I deal with. I dealt with a representative named Stephanos, and this person is a star. Not only did he manage to get me a proper deal, he was straightforward, efficient, and kind. I am not considering changing carriers ever, as long as this employee is there keeping the realness in the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with Stefano who helped me with the purchase of my new phone. Very responsive to my inquiries and made sure I received the phone in the colour I wanted even though it wasn't offered online at the time! Also received the phone quickly once everything was settled!

At the last minute, I changed my mind and wanted a different phone and he made the switch with me with no problem. He went over everything with me to make sure all the information was correct and that I got what I asked for. All his explanation was very clear and I got my phone just a few days later. Pick up was super friendly with Julia and I love my new phone! Grateful for this place and their amazing service :)

She helped me pick out the perfect phone for my needs (and budget) and set me up with a very advantageous phone plan. She took her time to make sure I was getting what I wanted and she always had answers to my millions of questions. Throughout the whole process, she made sure not to hide any charges which I was delighted to see when I got my phone bill. I HATE when big corporations that take advantage of the little guy, but with Julia I felt perfectly relaxed and secure. Strongly recommend going here, I know I will (hoping every time Julia will be there as well)!
