r	reignbow bright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store. Great especially for men's wear. Ladies options are great too. This store has everything, accessories, clothing casual and dressy, shoes and handbags.... one stop shop for everything.. oh yes and i noticed a swanky cool kid section. The prices are amazing and there are upscale designer clothing as well. If you love Marshalls and Winners, you might love this place as well. So hop to it and go!!!!!

But it was not my fault that we were in the middle of a lockdown and the stores were closed. I had the item with tags and orginal reciept and she started telling me about the store policy and that I would not be getting a refund. I told her that I had no issues returning items to other stores because they clearly understood that I cannot be penalized for store closures due to a WOLD PANDEMIC. It didnt phase her in the slightest and I ended up leaving the store upset and felt like I just wasted my valuable time. I then went to a different location and my return was processed with no hassle or questions asked. I was issued a full refund immediately. It's literally the same company, so how come apparantly theres different store policies? Because the reality is, there isn't. The cashier was enjoying her time being difficult with me because she apparantly has nothing better to do with her time. I want to say that you lost a customer for being unnecessarily rude and difficult and I will never recommend this location to anyone.

When you ask the customer service representative she says that it is most probably a guest who misplaced the tags on purpose. Was expecting something much more customer oriented than this kind of approach.
