M	Melissa Bullen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My email from last week that has still gone unanswered by Saje: Hello, I just want to make Saje aware that my recent order just arrived and I am concerned for my own health because of how it was shipped. As you can see in the photos below, none of my oils came sealed for my protection as advertised. One of the oils was even taped back up. Another oil’s lid was just tossed loosely into the box. The entire contents of the box were just tossed into the box with no care at all! During a time of a pandemic I would have hoped Saje would have taken extra care to ensure their customers would not be worried about using their products. Do I use these products now, worried that they could have been potentially used or tampered with? I am a loyal customer and really trust in your products but this has really let me down. Thank you for your help, Melissa
A	Alex Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was gifted a diffuser that was not inexpensive. It is poorly constructed, the “cover” barely sits on the diffuser portion and wobbles. The first time I filled it up and put oil in, it drains out the bottom of its bumped at all. They will not issue a refund or a credit. I have to send it back, have it troubleshot and IF they feel better to fixed I’ll get it back or they’ll give me a credit to use on their site. So I can buy another product that is poorly made and expensive. They let me know this is part of their “Positively Outrageous Customer Service”...it’s outrageous all right. They say it’s for the environment which given the entire thing is cheap plastic it must be the only way they can try to say they are an environmentally friendly company. Buyer be warned. Do not purchase from this company. “We offer a Diffuser Efficacy Guarantee: we stand behind the quality of our diffusers and will take back any unit that is no longer functional. In order to protect the environment and reduce waste, we do not accept returns on previously used, functional units. We always try to fix the Diffuser first, if we are able to fix it, great! We send it back your way, good as new. If not, we offer an E-Gift Card for the value of the diffuser so that you can purchase a new one. Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds to your original method of payment for diffusers.”
