★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping at saje since it opened. I have purchased quite a bit of product and countless diffusers for my business, home and as gifts. Last week I brought 3 diffusers in as after 7 plus years they no longer diffuse as they used too. I was told by a sales person if they no longer worked well to bring them in and exchange them for new ones. I returned this week and a staff said they still 'mist' so nothing would be done for me. I dont care if they 'mist' they dont give off much of a scent. I am extremely disappointed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the store to pick-up a diffuser. No attention or care was taken into insuring that everyone was keeping a safe distance from one another. I'm not finicky on if someone is EXACTLY 6 feet from me, but what I experienced at Saje was ridiculous. About 4 people standing close to checkout. A young woman stood 1 inch from me while I was checking out. No one bothered to say anything and when I piped up that I want the young lady to stay her distance from me while I punch in my credit card pin I was completely ignored. Will never purchase from this store again. They clearly care more about making money than customer safety (I mean that in more than 1 way).

For men that are afraid to get skin care products, please dont be afraid to ask their staff here. They're friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recieved a diffuser as a gift. I was thrilled....until it started spouting water on to the table even though it wasn't near max full. Far better diffusers for less $. Starter scents weren't amazing. I just received another Saje gift. 2 room sprays and 1 hand soap. All are amazing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I absolutely love shopping here. There is nothing better than finding exactly what you need on a low line Shelf with easy access. The store always smells so great to but what do you expect for an essential oil store? That's like asking an incense store to get rid of the smell! We truly get great service here every time the specially the Polo Park location. There's something about the staff at Polo Park that seems like family.
