★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They post the products as available,When you get there they never have in stock and they never answer their phone. They falsely mark as available, so that you come and buy other beside the thing you want. That's why I guess bankruptcy is right around the corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit far, coming from Mirabel, but they were the only place not 200 km away for the item I was looking for. Sail is beside the 20 hwy, so it's pretty easy to get there. Place was clean with sufficient parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy a tent that showed in stock on their website. Tried to phone ahead no one answers. Get there and the salesmen says yeah, we get 60 calls a day for it so I no longer answer the phone but the website is wrong there is none in stock. Says he is just a salesmen not his problem. With great service like that no wonder Sail is filing for bankrupcy. Went 35 minutes each way for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work there in the camping departement, a great place for people who want to pay less for brand like: north face, msr, oakley, etc. A lot of choice, a lot of stocking, our mindset is to have everything in stock

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait 30 minutes in line to get into the shoe department. When I am finally at the front the two employees start picking people randomly out of the line to serve. My advice is to take your business elsewhere. Service and courtesy is 100% lacking.
