 We are very satisfied with our crystal solarium, it adds value to our home. We make the most of it, great family meals and relaxed evenings away from mosquitoes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After an 8 week backorder and 3 weeks to deliver, the solar shade arrived damaged due to clumsy couriers and poor packaging. Item was dropped in its package from a truck with a 4ft lift gate. After contacting Multiple awnings I was told I would receive a replacement in weeks not months. It took a total of another 8 weeks to take receipt of a new shade which the package arrived damaged but the shade was in working order. During this I had to provide multiple awnings with a PO from Costco for them to release the replacement shade. Didn't bother Costco on their own to obtain the required paperwork. I had to also self coordinate the pickup of the damaged unit to ensure that the new unit would be delivered and the damaged unit would be removed by the same truck. Suggestion... After an abnormally long backorder and damaged goods, try to treat the customer with a little more respect for the challenge in obtaining your product. Not good for business when you don't have any customer satisfaction skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is Multiple Awnings customer service, quality in materials and design that I feel 5 stars are earned. The slim design looks great when closed. Installation was easy. We did take their suggestion and rented a material lift to help the ease with installation. We want to buy another Multiple Awning. It is so much better than the Sunsetter brand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a Europa motorized awning through Costco during a promotion this spring.
The awning arrived within promised 3-5 weeks and the delivery guys carried up to the deck we were installing it on for for us.
The packaging was great, everything was secure and neatly packaged.
I read the instructions over several times before even Pulling the awning out of the tube.
I Would consider my handyman skills about average so I was a bit nervous about getting the installation done right.
As per the instructions, I took my time and measured everything out a couple of times.
I decided to use a zip tool to remove some siding to locate the studs. No problem at all.
I used a laser level to mark my lines and Over a couple of evenings I had everything marked out and the brackets installed by myself with no issues.
When the time came to hang the awning my wife and I pulled it from the tube and set it on two stepladders near the brackets. We then stood on 2 step stools and simply lifted the awning up and slid it into the brackets. Insert the lock pins and connect the cord for the motor and that’s it. Everything worked perfectly.
We bought a burgundy fabric with black hardware and it looks fantastic. An unused space on our deck instantly became our favorite spot for morning coffee or a late night cocktail.
After the installation I sent an email requesting a PDF copy of the instructions as I like to keep electronic versions on my computer. It was the Friday evening of a long weekend and Robert sent a copy within hours! That is customer service.
The construction and fabric quality look excellent and the price was right. I believe we will get many years of service from it.
I wish we had purchased it sooner.

Our awnings came about 2 weeks after our order and they were packaged very well and installed easily. However, I had ordered the wrong brackets as we decided later to hang them from the soffits. I contacted Noella at Multiples and she went into action, getting us the new brackets in only a few days. Her professionalism was exemplary and she followed up perfectly with a refund when I returned the old brackets we did not use. I would highly recommend this company for a very high quality product and the best customer service you could expect. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy from this Company. Service and technical support are awful. The Brasilia Europa was installed in May, wind sensor never worked since day one. It was actually dangerous because the awning was opening by itself in the middle of the night I received a replacement sensor after 4 weeks: same story, sensor not working at all. I asked to refund the sensor, no answer. Last email from the Company was last July 13th were they committed to call me the very following day to fix the problem. Today is the 19th and I’m still waiting for their call. Very disappointing

This motorized awnings turned out to be a fantastic purchase for us. Wished I found this company before. I’ve had two local companies that came out and provide estimates so I’m somewhat familiar with the process and what to look for. I then noticed that Costco.ca sells Multiple Awnings. Well, I was very excited and of coarse the price is sweet. After my research, I was in touch with Multiple Awning. Jackie answered my call and carefully helped answer my 101 questions. She proceeded to expedite after hours to send me fabric samples. Costco had a -20% sale so I needed to decide and choose colour etc.
We purchased the BRASILIA EUROPA - 16-ft. x 10-ft., Motorized semi cassette Acrylic Awning. It arrived with two scratches. I called Costco but I was not happy with the agent’s attitude so I called Jackie from Multiple Awning and she sprinted into action with great urgency. She was very attentive to detail and documented where and how the issue could have originated so its never duplicated. I gather that this company absolutely stands behind their product. I shop a lot on line and encountered good, bad and ugly customer service. Multiple Awning you rock~ Exceptional Customer Service and a top notch product which we will enjoy for years to come.
