★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installation d’un solarium 12 x 16 pieds chez moi à La Minerve. Très satisfaite. Bravo à Mathieu Castonguay et son complice. Tout a été ramassé et nettoyé après l’installation.
 Installation of a 12 x 16 foot solarium at my home in La Minerve. Very satisfied. Bravo to Mathieu Castonguay and his accomplice. Everything was picked up and cleaned up after installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mes parents ont fait faire un abris 3 saisons par Tendal pour leur nouvelle maison. L'installation a eu lieu à la fin de l'hiver. Le look est bien et d'apparence bien fait.
Toutefois, l'abris est une vraie passoire! L'eau coule partout tout autour des armatures des fenêtres et au haut de la structure... Rien d'étanche... Lors des quelques averses que nous avons eu, la quantité d'eau qui s'infiltre est inacceptable pour un produit qui serait adapté à notre climat.
Impossible d'avoir un retour du service après-vente. Est-ce qu'il faudra attendre les grands orages d'été pour qu'ils daignent les recontacter ?
My parents had a 3 season shelter made by Tendal for their new home. The installation took place at the end of winter. The look is fine and looks well done.
However, the shelter is a real strainer! The water flows everywhere all around the window frames and at the top of the structure ... Nothing waterproof ... During the few showers that we have had, the amount of water that infiltrates is unacceptable for a product which would be adapted to our climate.
Impossible to have a return from the after-sales service. Will we have to wait for the great summer storms for them to deign to contact them again?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons aimé notre vendeur et le responsable du suivi après vente. Il a fallu comprendre à un moment donné leur débordement dû à la pandémie pour excuser certains délais. L'installation fut impeccable. Quand j'ai compris les défis que demande un capage, j'ai fini par accepter certaines imperfections. Nous avions choisi de faire faire les cadrages en noir. À la prise de mesure, le vendeur nous a fortement conseillé d'opter pour le blanc. Nous lui en sommes reconnaissants tellement nous savourons notre nouvelle pièce tous les jours depuis maintenant deux mois.
We liked our salesperson and the after sales follow-up manager. We had to understand at one point their overflow due to the pandemic to excuse certain delays. The installation was impeccable. When I understood the challenges that a capage requires, I ended up accepting certain imperfections. We had chosen to have the framing done in black. When taking the measurements, the seller strongly advised us to opt for white. We are so grateful to him that we have been enjoying our new piece every day for two months now.
