Je n'irai pas plus en détail car le dossier est devant les tribunaux. Nous avons cherché longtemps pour une entrepreneur générale pour nous aider. 17 contacteurs furent contactés et tous se sont désistés à diverses étapes du processus. Seul Alex de Poly-Rénovations nous a offert son aide et a mené à terme les réparations. Ça prend un entrepreneur qui connait son affaire entourée de plusieurs corps de métier et de travailleurs compétents pour venir à bout de refaire une façade complète de maison deux étages, incluant charpente et réfaction de solive. De plus, il faut un entrepreneur qui n'a pas peur de garantir son travail et d'expliquer ses travaux devant les tribunaux aux besoins. Les travaux étaient complexes et encore plus de vice de fabrication ont été découvert en cours de chemin. Le professionnalisme et la compétence des corps de travails et travailleurs qu'Alex a réussi à assembler sont phénoménaux. Un gros merci. En pleine pandémie, Alex a réussi à remettre la pleine valeur à notre maison. Merci Alex et à tous ceux qui ont travaillé au projet. We did business with Poly-Rénovation at the end of 2019 at the beginning of 2020 for an exhaustive repair to our house at the time due to an alleged hidden defect. We searched a long time for a general contractor to help us. 17 contactors were contacted and all withdrew at various stages of the process. Only Alex from Poly-Rénovations offered us his help and completed the repairs. It takes a contractor who knows his business surrounded by several trades and skilled workers to come to the end of redoing a complete facade of a two-storey house, including frame and joist repair. In addition, you need a contractor who is not afraid to guarantee his work and explain his work in court when necessary. The work was complex and even more manufacturing defects were discovered along the way. The professionalism and competence of the bodies of labor and workers that Alex has managed to assemble are phenomenal. A big thank you. Après 2 ans et demi de délais et des dépassements de coûts exorbitants de plus de 100 000$ pour mon unité seulement, on vient de s'apercevoir que le condo est infesté de rats. Le constructeur mentionne qu'il n'est pas responsable des dommages et demande à ce que je paie un extra supplémentaire de 8500$ pour effectuer ces travaux. Ceci est un vrai cauchemar pour tout nouveau propriétaire comme moi, hélas ce n'est qu'une histoire parmi celles des 19 copropriétaires de l'édifice qui ont eu affaires à Poly Renovations. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un contracteur mal organisé, qui est sans considération pour les dépassements de coûts, qui ne respecte pas les délais selon l'échéancier fixé et qui n'offre aucun service après vente, vous pouvez faire confiance à Poly Renovations pour votre projet. In 2019, we contracted the services of Poly Renovations for the reconstruction of our building at 1238 rue Belanger in Montreal.
