★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to do everyday groceries. Its always very nice to have a store in your neighborhood. We normally go there to buy our everyday needs. Their pharmacy stuffs are very friendly. Our doctor always forward the prescription to them and they make it ready within a day most of the time.

Considering switching to another chain.
Update: went into this store today and was brutally reminded why I stopped shopping here. I heard the manger say one thing, however he aggressively educated me otherwise. Clearly the anger towards customers starts at the top. I really hope they don’t spoil the super sweet cashier I had today. I will actively avoid this store in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, don't stand behind products. Very unprofessional staff. Would rather blame me for my problem. Bought meat got home it was bad (rotten) on bottom. Was told it was because it was warm outside(19c) when i went home ? Seriously?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desperately needs an upgrade, but instead they downgrade with the removal of Starbucks a year ago. With all that space that could have added self checkout like every other grocery store, but instead you’re left to deal with maybe 2/10 cashiers that are open. Deli area is dark and the food is of low quality(likely house brand frozen product).
The rare time I stop in, I am always disappointed. Please add self checkouts and modernize.
