★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It does not look like this clinic is in canada receptionist were asking questions for 5 mins really sometimes patient is not that condition to talk for while I told to receptionist I answers all questions that the lady hang up the phone I was only booking the appointment for phone call with doctor only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very mismanaged office. They never see you on time even if you have an appointment. You will wait an extra 1 hour minimum!! Very poor time management. If you have work or a job you will need to take the whole day off because they do not care about your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Tayyab is one of the best always and all of the doctors working on the clinic gives the best remedy on all cases., However, their Front desk/ Receptionist i say is one of the unexperience, non compassionate and no sense of urgency workers on their field we have experienced.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us the best advice and I really appreciate it. His entire team was amazing especially sita. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and stuff needs training to book appointments and specially need knowledge of what is meaning of walks in..!
They have displayed we don’t take walks in today at the reception and its always there and when you say i am just here as a walk in they will tell you that you have call in the morning to be a walks in patient??? and this words they tells to everyone one whoever walks in.
I went they there to book appointment with DR. KHAN as i heard he is a good. But i ask them book me for tomorrow they said we don’t have any spot available.
I ask them can i book me for walks in tomorrow instead of call in the morning for walks in.?
they said we are not sure DR. KHAN is coming tomorrow another joke.
If DR.KHAN is not sure that he is coming tomorrow then how come they have fully booked for DR KHAN??
Its mean whoever booked appointment for tomorrow they will visiting at clinic as lottery basis isn’t?
Unprofessional staff…!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tayyab hands down best Doctor in the NE side !! She very well educated experienced Doctor, listens to her patients and actually hears them out !! She goes above and beyond to help everyone out . Glad I'm a patients of hers for many many years and I will keep going to her till I can't no more . NOW for the front desk I know taking in walk ins and the phone keeps ringing keeps you guys busy but just be nice to the patients i definitely never feel welcome there and the waiting time has to change like seriously people have life's and time waiting is just to much with or without appointments other then the front staff I have no complaints
