Although S.G sets themselves apart from their competitors by offering an excellent and humble customer service, their mechanic(s) lack attention to detail.
Went there for a grille installation. First off, the grille they installed is not perfectly aligned (oem grille from the dealer). and second my car has 2 bends on the rocker panels (each side) which I’m certain was cause by poor lifting technique. This damage was not there prior to my visit. The kind staff tried to explain that this is impossible that it was their wrongdoing by re-lifting the car this time, using proper technique ... this unfortunately does not prove the car was lifted improperly the first time the while the same mechanic was unsupervised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I went for an oil change, they said I needed a new suspension and to change my brake fluid which had humidity.. 1600$ total... Ended up going to see elsewhere and only had to change the link kits to have it running as new! (300$!)
Decided to give them a second shot... Second time I went takes the cake... My Prestone was leaking so they estimated the water pump job at 1550$ with taxes. Again went elsewhere which completed the. Same job (and clean my valves) for 1000$ tax in...
Thus... They have a dealership mentality= scratch on a door, change the whole thing...
They even forgot to put the plate back under my car after I politely payed the estimate and took my keys.. When I came back it took them 3 hours to put it back and they were upset saying I should have told them that I was also leaving with my car after having paid and been given my keys!!
Ridiculous money grabbers with little customer appreciation..

My car went in not knowning what exactly was wrong but now my baby drives better then ever !!! Thank You Guys ? I would Highly recommend driving all the way to Laval and pay whatever price to get that kind of service any day.??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I googled where can I do oil change for my Audi and do my regular maintenance in laval, S.G. Specialists came up in my search. I read the reviews. There are some negative reviews which is kinda weird ! The reason I said that, I called them to get an appointment for oil, tire and air filter change. Got appointment and when i arrived, Kenny was there. What a great person! After just talking to him for few minutes, I knew he’s my guy! Such a great guy with great personality and absolutely top notch service! I asked to change air filter, he tells me I don’t need to change as it’s in good condition. Right then I knew this guy is honest! Keep up the good work brother! I’ll definitely refer you to my friends and I’ll be there whenever I need any service :)
