Make a insurance claim get a rental and we will assess further under the claim. 2 weeks later no news. Call in, no answer. Leave a message no call back. Drive in next day. They say can't tell what the problem is. Need more diagnosis. Ok sign here 149$. 1 week later. The vehicle is working fine. Ahhh... We cant say 100 % it was a attempt of theft. Paid $350 for the rental and paid 459$ for the tech to replug electronic clusters. No parts ordered. 4 hours of labor. Pretty sure they plugged the computer to it. It's brand new! Why would it not start one morning? 4000 KLM on a 2021. Never again . Thanks for nothing. Terrible service.

Went in to discuss the vehicle, when it came time to discuss credit and such the financial women came over and asked my credit score, her and the sales man had a discussion right in front of us in French (we are English) about my credit and downpayment without us understanding any of the conversation, this put us off and we left and went to another dealership and purchased a new vehicle. When discussing my personal information I think I should be able participate in this conversation.

Within minutes our sales professional Frédéric texted us and made sure we were set up to drive. COVID protocols were respected, the Alpha had gas in it. While we were test driving, they got us approved and evaluated our car to a fair wholes amount. In and out, 45-60 minutes…what!?!? While we were at home to sort out insurance and additional responsibilities, Jacinthe worked hard to negotiate even better rates and extra protection…FOR LESS!…wow!! Delivery took an hour and everything was explained, car was cleaned, filled with gas and both Frédéric and Jacinthe were with us till the end! We are going to be in the market for a Wrangler/Gladiator and we WON’T go anywhere else! Thank you Belanger for an amazing, stress free, pressure free experience!
