Huge shout out to S&B Keswick Motors Limited, my truck fob acted like had a mind of it's own. I called and spoke with Neal Baiden and explained what happen. He said drop it off and I will take a look but be expect to buy a new one ($hundreds) Well if he doesn't end up fixing it, and all he wanted was $10 to cover the battery cost but not his time working on it. This is customer service at it's best and that is why I keep buying and repairing my vehicles with them for the last 30 years. Well Done sir.

Not impressed with the answer received. I appreciated the time spent by the lady at the desk however, there was little satisfaction in my visit. I inquired about a simple part, a windshield wiper relay. They could not source this part and had no comprehension of how to acquire the aforementioned other than for me to subject my vehicle to a service session. I was told it would be at the standard trouble shooting cost + parts and labor. All I needed was a $30.00 part but they explained it is not an option for a customer to replace independently. I feel this answer was genuine. I feel the dealership failed me by not taking steps to provide a simple part by asking someone in the know. Since no help was offered to the " little man" I am disappointed and very discouraged from returning to Dodge.

A little late at posting review. S&B serviced my 2010 Jeep Liberty for many years and their staff always made a good impression. Everything serviced and/or repaired at competitive cost and always done correctly first time. I was so impressed with both the Jeep brand and S&B that I purchased an awesome 2021 Rubicon from Ross Jamieson (S&B Sales) in 2020. All good!

Took my truck there and they misdiagnosed the problem. Overcharged to put a new battery in. Yes, things cost money however, there is the point of taking advantage of customers. Would not reprogram a remote starter after they installed the battery and I was made to take the truck to the dealership I bought it from. The dealership I bought the truck from (which is still under warranty) confirmed that this is something that they should have dealt with. Dealt with this dealership in the past, they were to service the rear differential in my previous truck. I paid for it and a week later the differential locked up and it was confirmed they did not complete the work paid they were paid to do. Though they are convenient because of their location, I would seriously reconsider taking any vehicle there. There customer service is horrible and you CAN'T trust that they actually do the work they say they do.

This is our 2nd new vehicle that we have purchased from Rob & S&B and we can't be happier with their service. We walked in on a Tuesday and walked out the following Thursday with our new truck (basically it was the same thing with the van, only with the van, we were offered and even better deal than what we were originally looking for!). We have since moved but we still go back there and will continue to go back there as their sales and service departments are definitely top notch in our books. Thank you Rob and S&B staff!

I recently bought a used jeep from S&B Keswick. Great experience. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Ross Jamieson was very professional, answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly, he made the process extremely easy and pleasant. I don’t have a clue why there are some negative reviews, I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again. Thanks Ross and everyone else at S&B.
