Also, a few pairs of the running room double layered socks. Very pleased with both products. Highly recommend Megan! Very friendly and she has extensive product knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Husband had plantar fasciitis and his doctor recommended new shoes. Excellent customer service helped us locate the best new shoes... Expensive at $200 but we know they are good shoes. Staff are very educated and also suggested some type of plantar fasciitis strap/wrap ($50) that also helped. Great experience. Will go back for any running needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience! I was looking for a new daily training shoe that was the right fit for me. Coming to the store I had an idea of what shoes and size I needed. However, One of their staff by the name Jodhbir, was very knowledgeable towards shoes and gave me advice according to my running style. He directed my towards a more wider and shorter shoe — which turned out to be more comfortable on my feet compared to what I initially thought my feet were comfortable in. He was very polite, easy to talk to and enthusiastic and ultimately helped me decide on the perfect shoe. I’d definitely recommend coming to this store to buy running shoes and gain knowledge about your personal running style.

It is my first time buying running shoes from Running Room store and this place is much better than the one in Whitby because of good customer service. These shoes are very comfy for my long runs. I just wish they are little cheaper. I will definitely come back if im around this area.
