Royal Wagon is the best wheelchair transportation service for Edmonton and its surrounding areas. Not only are they on-time, but they are extremely friendly while providing exceptionally professional service. These guys literally go out of their way to provide transport for those in wheelchair needs. I wont use any other wheelchair transport since discovering Royal Wagon. Hands down, best in the business!

Used Royal Wagon for the first time yesterday to take my disabled mother to an appointment. The whole process was so easy and professional. They send texts confirming the ride, name of driver, vehicle description, license plate number and drivers ph#. You also get notified when the driver is on his way and when he arrives. Drivers were very polite, efficient and punctual. Really happy I found this service.

We made a last-minute reservation for our wheelchair-bound mother to attend her husband’s funeral, cemetery service, and prayer service, as well as a family gathering. We had two different drivers over two days, and they were both fantastic. They made our mother feel comfortable and cared for as she made her way around the city. From a family perspective, knowing that her transportation to and from the services being taken care of in a safe and timely manner was such a relief! Special thanks to Hussein and Mohamed for making our mother feel so comfortable during such a challenging time for her. We will be using Royal Wagon’s services again!!

Our first experience transporting my father in his wheelchair was amazing! This company cares about its clients and put their clients' needs above all else. My father was able to leave the hospital promptly after he was discharged. (In the past he had to wait an unpredictable 4 to 36 hours, as he has in the past to be picked up by inter-hospital transport in an ambulance.) My dad was glowing being able to travel through town for the first time in his chair, with dignity. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We look forward to my dad being able to do more activities with his family as well as get to appointments away from his long term care facility. The folks at Royal Wagon are true angels, who lend their wings to their clients to give them freedom.

As a personal support worker at a local facility, I often accompany and arrange appointments for my disabled clients. I have used barrel taxi and yellow cab and each time although I clearly asked for a wheelchair van, they would send a regular car and be angry when I refused it. This would often make us late for our appointments. On top of that the drivers were rude and insensitive. I have been using Royal Wagon after a clients recommendation and have had nothing but good experiences. Kind and thoughtful drivers that specialize in wheelchair accommodation. They are always on time and the service is friendly and reliable. Highly recommend. Adding to my previous review- due to the nature of my clients (mentally ill) there have been issues with them ordering a ride and then waiting until the ride shows up to cancel it. When this happens royal wagon drivers are polite and understanding of the issues that go with mental Illness, making my job and my clients lives easier. Thank you so much

I was picked up by ROYAL WAGON taxi service and dropped off at my daughters home yesterday. When I was supposed to be picked up and brought back home they simply DID NOT SHOW UP... THEY BASICALLY LEFT ME STRANDED WITH NO WAY TO GET HOME. My daughter called for any other alternative to get me home and was told they were not taking other booking by coop taxi. so I eventually had to get into a car (not wheel chair accessible) and be transported that way. my wheel chair followed in a truck. my daughter had prearranged all the arrangements and it was very stressful to say the least. IT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN..

Awesome service. Even though I only reserved 1 way, and was going to take ETS back. My appointment finished an 1 hrs before ETS pick up. Royal was kind enough to get driver for 1st trip to get me very quickly. Thank you!
