What a great place to go to, if you don't leave in a good mood somethings wrong with you. I just moved to mission so I'm going to miss this place!!!!

Great Chinese owners who treated me with respect and dignity. I will definitely return to do my laundry at this location.

I had the worst experience. 4 bags of laundry, one spilled out as I unloaded with two blankets. I have an extremely bad arm and hand from a 5 bone including a reverse elbow break when I was 12 yrs old. I am 58, and I struggle everyday. I wrestled the bags one by one to the front entrance and went back to grab my purse, when a woman came up to me and snappily told me that I had blankets and wasn't allowed to use the laundry mat cause they only had small single washers. My blankets were medium sized I told her. She insisted two many big blankets. I went in and sure enough there were double washers. Then a man gruffly told me to go I couldn't use their washers I had too many blankets. I tried to explain that it was mostly clothing. He shook his head and finger at me, you go you go. He followed me out and I asked if he could help me load my bags back in. He snickered and so I went in to take pics. He became concerned cause I said there's proof you have double loaders. He started to say oh it was really because he figured I couldn't do the laundry in time. It was 3 hours and 15 minutes till they closed. Washers are 30-45 minutes and dryers about an hour. So rude watching me and before I even entered, I was not allowed.

Very old machines and for a double duvet i was forced to use a massive machine at 7$ per load, with the complsint my duvet would break her double load washers. No chance since I've been washing it in a regular home washer for years !!! As well i brought a single load for drying and she didnt like me putting all into those massive barrel gas dryers !

Good place to get some keys cut (a little bit limited to types of keys though). Have also brought a client's laundry here, and she did a great job with it. It's also nice and close, and has been there forever it seems.

Good help from owner. Prices are reasonable. They do provide a wash, dry, fold service for a fee which is good for people who don't have time to stick around to do this themselves.

No issues at all, clean and well-run establishment. The owners work there and run the drop off laundry service. They might direct you which machines to use because they use some for the drop off service. I found them both very pleasant. They have a debit machine in the back to give you change which is nice so you don’t need to worry about hitting a bank or ATM first. Washers take loonies and/or quarters, driers are quarters only. Front load washers run $2.50 for a cycle and driers are $0.25 per 5 min. 20 min drying was enough for my medium sized load. Total time was 50 min. 30 for wash and 20 for dry. They did show me how to use the machine and how much detergent to use (I gather people overload soap quite a bit and front loaders don’t need much).
