A	Amy McDangerfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really messy in the store but the prices seemed good. We picked up our uhaul rental here and dropped it off the next day. The staff were pretty helpful but it took a while to sign the van out and everything.

First off, when we called to see if they had drop off service they answered the phone, "Hello?". ..how about mentioning the name of the business so we know it's the right place. Yesterday morning I brought in three blankets to be washed. I was told it would be $36, (way over priced), $12 each. She quickly changed that price saying she'd give me a discount and one blanket can be $10.. $34. Without me saying anything she then changed her price again to $30. I said ok. Still overpriced but I was already there and wanted it done. I come by today at 11am. Blankets aren't done, come back. I come back. They only accept cash.. must be my first time. I go get cash, come back. Charges $34! My boyfriend explains to her she said $30.. she just insists it's $34 and that we'll have to come back another time. I also had to ask for our bag back that the blankets originally came in. Overpriced, inconvenient, slow and overcharged.
t	themissingpatient on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The washing machine broke in the main house I rent a suite out of in New Westminster thanks to some new tenants disregarding the sign above it that reads: Do Not Overload. This has happened quite often in the past with new tenants so I would usually go up to New Venture Laundromat, which is only three blocks from my place. As it turns out, 2 or 3 weeks ago it burned down. This led me to finding Nu West Laundry on Google Maps. When I first arrived, I was weary, as from the outside of the building it does not look pleasing. Upon entering the building, it looked like a chaotic mess. However, after meeting the couple running the place, I actually enjoyed my time there. It was very hot inside but bearable considering the temperature outside and the running dryers. They put a chair outside in the shade for me to sit where I read a novel while I waited for my laundry to be done. It was quick, cheap and they were kind, polite and generous.
B	Buddcar Cook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I walked in, I went YIKES! Half the machines looked as if they didn’t work! The place looks disheveled... Anyway , had 4 loads to do that included 2 comforters so here I was..... to make this short: Great service by very nice people! After 1hr 1/2 , I was outa there! Yes sir fast!! A bit expensive but hey... I accomplished what I came for. $3:00 a load for the big washers and the big dryers were about $1:25 for 35 mins dry. And I mean DRY. Efficiency is what I was after and it was delivered in spades. Free parking and free wifi! I’ll come back.
D	Danielle Griswold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Machines here are over priced and they don't have many available as quite a few are out of order. Theres no timer on the dryers so you just have to take their word for how many minutes you get for 25 cents. Their double loaders barely work and the machine ripped quite a few pairs of panties. Also the place is dirty. I'm pretty sure there were a few safety concerns, one being an open flame going above a dryer and 2 being I could smell natural gas, not to mention the clutter everywhere. The lady who runs it is very nice though. But I won't be going back there.
t	travis thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont judge a book by its cover.....this place might be a bit disheveled, but the end product is well washed clothes for a decent price.The plus's are , very helpful, cheerful lady Karen who owns the place, who is always got a smile, and lends a hand if needed. ( for a 1.00 charge will switch over your loads from washer to dryer!! ).Big dryers that only will cost you 1.50 to dry a double load, and the do great drop off service that includes folding etc. Been going here for years, and i think we all should try to support small local, family owned businesses like this one. So drop off a load.....you wont be disapointed.
