★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered delivery from here tonight and it was terrible! We waited over two hours for our food to finally get here. The whole time the lady in the restaurant on the phone kept saying, oh it's on its way! When my husband demanded to know if the food had even left the restaurant, she didn't know what to say... Turns out no it hadn't... That was after an hour and a half. When the food did finally get here, it was luke warm and INCORRECT!! Seriously! Do not go or order from here! They are terrible! The food and the staff suck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Chinese food I have had in New West in 20 years trying many places. The dinner for two was a little cheaper than other restaurants and had huge portions. It included extra items of wonton soup plus 2 free spring rolls so 4 spring rolls. No other Chinese food restaurant has 5 items in their dinner for 2 nevermind 2 free spring rolls. This made this a dinner for 4. Three of us ate as much as we could and their is still lots left over. They were here a minute earlier than they said so 29 min instead of 30 to 45. The vegetable were steamed properly, fresh and not overcooked. The sweet and sour pineapple pork was not fatty but actual meat. The only thing I did not like was the duck sauce they sent instead of plum sauce for the spring rolls. First time I tried it. Kind of tangy but I had plum sauce at home. I give 10 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you value your time and money read all the 1-star rating and decide whether you still want to order from here. We got hungry waiting for 3 hours past the dinner time. They told us that the order was on the way couple of times but we believe it wasn't as we are just a kilometer away. Near store closing time they called to ask if we still want our order. Of course we want! We've waited for 3 hours! To make the story short, order never arrived. Canceled the order and WILL NEVER ORDER from here ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for pickup. Owners are a sweet old couple who are super friendly. They use quality ingredients and have great portion sizes. Food was delicious! Will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food as always, at TREMENDOUS value. You really don't get any Chinese food at this price with huge portions anymore, not to mention it's really tasty.
Looking at all the negative reviews, here's the thing. The place is run by an older couple and that's it. They are the chefs, the servers, and the husband is also the delivery driver. So if things get busy, their dine-ins will always take priority. Their profit margins are also really small, so if you want great food and support local, just give them a call for pick-up or dine-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinner for 4: Sweet and sour pork was 50% onion and pepper (hopefully I can post a pic), and what was actually meat(??), a lot of it was pure fried gristle...disgusting to chew on pure gristle, no meat, would not feed this to a dog!!...had an odd flavor too, same with the meat in the beef and vegetables and excessively salty.
Everything else was OK maybe a bit below average. Was charged more then expected, they gave me extra sweet and sour pork (which trust me, with all the onion there you need 2 portions to make up one), and extra eggrolls and wonton soup, it was a dinner for 4. The food was late, took an hour because they took my address down wrong
Doubt I'll order again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greasy, very very greasy. Like old grease. Ordered the spicy squid, had a leather like texture and freezer burnt taste. Veggie chow mein was just oily with mushy veggies. Sweet and sour pork was comparable to mall food. I dumped it all down the garburator. Waste of time and money. I had 2 glasses of milk to get the taste out. Didn’t work. Time travel is not possible, otherwise I would have stopped myself from ordering this garbage.
