โ โ โ โ โ Love this place! Owner is courteous, respectful, knows me by name, and always super flexible and willing to provide great service. Their Pick up & Delivery option is amazing.
They basically come at your door, pick up your stuff, remember your instructions, wash your things, dry your things, fold your things, sort your things, and then deliver everything back to you within a day.
While it may be a little bit pricey, it saves me a ton of time and headache, and I don't have to worry about anything. Even if I tried, my building wouldn't wash my things to the degree these industrial machines do, especially since I have 3 pets that shed hair, so all in all, 5 stars as far as I'm concerned.

โ โ โ โ โ They picked up and delivered my laundry and did a fabulous job folding and seperating the clothes. I was really suprised as this was my first time. I was unable to do my own laundry due to back issues so this was really convenient. The only negative thing I have to say is that it is quite pricey. But if you do it once in awhile it's not too bad.

โ โ โ โ โ Argued with me that my feather duvet could be washed in a machine (it canโt), took it anyway to dry clean (paid in advance), never cleaned it, then gave to someone else to take home.
My original tag with name and phone number was still on it so got it back from the guy (in Surrey) but now reeks of cigarette smoke.

โ โ โ โ โ I dropped off my king size bedding and when I return to pick up he closed early, business hours are 9:30am-6pm but he had a hand written note that said went home 3:30pm. Very unprofessional. Makes up his own hours. I came back next day at 9:30am and still closed. How am I supposed to figure out when to pick up if his hours are dependent on when he wants to work?
