Well, I am sad to be writing this review. I have had an awful experience with this company. Royal Glass did not complete their installation properly and when I asked about the issue, I was rudely sent away. The bottom line is that this company cost me substantially more than the company that ended up fixing the issue, and they left me feeling awful. Gone are the days of customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

As a project manager for a large contracting company Royal Oak Glass is always our first choice for all our glazing needs. Their team of professionals are on time and on budget. Completing small shower installs for us to highly complex glass railing systems. Highly recommend.

I have used Royal Oak Glass for several projects (glass shower enclosure, back-painted glass backsplash, glass stair railing), and their work is fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone for all your glass projects.

We have worked with Royal Oak Glass two times now and both times they have gone above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Their whole team is experienced, customer focused, and willing to take on any challenge to meet clients requests and requirements. In addition, prices are very reasonable, especially considering the fantastic custom work they do. The first job we used them for was our Master Bathroom renovation. We went through several designs and options for our shower glass, and Jason and their team helped guide us through our options and decide on the perfect design for us. We ended up with a beautiful floor to ceiling enclosure with a matte black u-channel to create a very seamless and clean look. We are thrilled with how it turned out and love using it daily. We did have a few issues with caulking and glass stability, however, they were quick to respond and send a technician out to resolve the issue at no charge. They made us feel as though they truly care about their clients and the quality of their products. The second job we used them for was a large (~85" H x 48" W), custom powder-cowder metal framed mirror for our walk in closet. The experience was seamless and took just over a month from site measurement to delivery and install. We are so impressed with the quality of the custom mirror frame, as it matches a smaller, store bought frame we have elsewhere in the house perfectly. It's worth noting as well that of the 4 local mirror companies I reached out too, Royal Oak Glass was the only one who even entertained this project for us. All the other companies either had 3-4 months delay to even have someone come out to measure and assess or they simply did not have the capabilities to do a custom frame. The installers were amazingly careful in navigating our home, ensuring that nothing was damaged when moving the large frame and mirror throughout the tight hallways. We are so incredibly happy with the finished product, and considering the price of store bought mirrors (which are smaller in size and do not include shipping/install fees), it was actually considerably cheaper for us to have this larger, custom built to match frame built and installed by Royal Oak Glass. We HIGHLY recommend using Royal Oak Glass for any glass/mirror related project you have. Their professionalism, customer service, and availability/flexibility have blown us away and exceeded all expectations.
