★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a scheduled appointment with the doctor for 9 in the morning the doctor was in Edmonton at another clinic all together seeing patients until 6 or 7 that night before he finally showed up back at this location so many people waiting then taken in at almost random times worst place ive ever been hands down the ladies at the front desk were nice although more than a regular work day with someone with nothing to do but start conversation to pass the time can do that for someone so overall horrible how can you legally have a medical center and accept patients with appointments and not have the doctor even show up until a few hours before they close p.s. I didn't even get seen until 9 and all he did was push pills that didn't work on me 3 different prescriptions for a simple thing which a good doctor later told me it would have actually been worse if I did take them they should be closed down for lack of proper practices don't waste your time go to emergency you'll get in faster TRUST ME cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were people sleeping on the chairs and the girls at the front were confused and there was a little girl crying. My second time coming here wasn't so bad but my first experience made it 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away. I took my sons in, I waited 15 minutes for the receptionist to finish his conversation with his friend who came in as I was setting my kids down. He made me fill out a form for all 3 of us even though it was for my son. He told me Dr would see me as soon as he could, then after almost an hour with 2 cranky kids being the only one there I ask how much longer, he said Dr would be there in 2 hours. He also asked personal questions about me, which had nothing to do with why I was there. Didn't even bother seeing the Dr since I felt very uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went to the royal medical clinic on February 2 with her daughter after work and spent 3 hours without service with two additional patients there. The doctors children were running around unsupervised and getting into patients personal belongings. The clinic was very dirty and medical equipment was unsanitary. My wife and daughter walked out after three hours. I don't understand how the governing bodies have not inspected this place and clear this clinic in stony plain as a safe and professional clinic. I do not recommend anyone use this clinic. Seems shady.

The phone number is still active, we just figured it was busy. My wife drove an hour to the city to take our daughter in and it isn't even there anymore. What kind of an irresponsible medical professional doesn't update Google or disconnect the phone?
