★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paula is amazing! I was suffering from inflammation in my wrist from repetitive use on my computer. After weeks of pain Paula was able to drastically decrease the pain in 1 treatment. After multiple treatments I am to normal.

Her vast knowledge of this traditional Chinese medicine, overall nutrition, how the body functions, is connected and how it heals has been a game changer in our daily lives and has improved our overall wellbeing. She had used many modalities along with acupuncture such as cupping and gua sha helping us heal acute pain like migraines, muscular pain, chronic shoulder pain from a tear due to injury causing limited mobility she helped rehabilitate it back to zero pain with full mobility, she has helped manage and eliminate pain from POS issues, she has helped me manage stress, assisted in eliminating anxiety, supports healing from past trauma, also promotes healing in areas that are root causes to other health issues we have experienced as the boys grow and I age. I would confidently and highly recommend her to anyone looking for acute help or long term lifestyle support for optimal health and everyday living your best life.
