β β β β β If I could Iβd give zero stars for this business. I called and was told by the male service provider - specifically Dustin, that he wishes to speak to my husband, then boyfriend, then partner or man of the house because he couldnβt explain it to me (as Iβm a woman). Acted extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to try to explain it to a female then talked extremely condescending to us about not taking long showers considering we are women. The following day I did have another individual come (not Dustin as I requested to not have him) and although he did clear the drains but didnβt fix my main concern of a problem as he said he didnβt know how to? It was an extreme waste of money and Iβve never been so dumb founded by a business.

Alex came to fix our kitchen sink problem, first day he couldn't fix it because it was by ice so he needed come back next day to bring another tool.
We also mentioned we have a small problem for toilet tank and first day he didn't have a replacement flap but next day he remembered and brought and fixed it!
He didn't charge 2 days visit, no extra cost !
He was professional and we appreciate him very much, thank you Alex.
Sorry for late review because we would like to make sure no issues until spring but perfect ?

β β β β β Called to clear pipes as basement backed up. Used a tiny machine for 5 minutes to pull put alittle bit of toilet paper and said all good. Basement backed up the very next day and they came back on warranty. Did the same thing with a tiny machine for 5 minutes. Pulled out nothing and said since the water is running in the line that warranty is now voided and if I need anything else it would be am additional fee. Very poor customer service and didn't even clean pipes like I asked. Now I am afraid my house is going to back up at any moment

β β β β β It is good Brand of Franchise, however those staff does not care about the business itself.
They have a few good technician, but most of them are lazy, careless, and untrained. They will come three times to fix the one same problem with charges of three times. If they forgot equipment, they need come one more time with extra charge. The guy picked the phone was sleepy, careless. Do not suggest anyone use this.

β β β β β We called Roto router to come to our rental property to cut roots in the pipes since the sewer was backing up. First of all, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and appeared as though I was inconveniencing her with my call for service. We never received an invoice or a call from them for payment. Roto router did not mail the invoice to us (or at least I didnβt get it), they never called me to confirm the address or an email address to try to get payment. They went straight to collectors and I paid them right away. If they would have even tried to get payment, they would have received it right away. This was awful customer service and we wonβt be using their services again.

β β β β β The pipes froze in our mobile home so we hired roto rooter to help us thaw the pipes, repair insulation and replace the heat tape. This is our first time living in a mobile home so we wanted to hire someone to do it right. Everything was fixed and they went home.
When we woke up there was no hot water to our shower so I messaged the guys that were there helping us fix things the night before. Instead of coming back to fix things like I paid them to do they just told us a bunch of things to do. The whole reason I paid them is not so I can do it myself but so that them the βexpertsβ can do it for me and do it right.. what a waste of money when I end up having to do it myself!

β β β β β The service guy arrived within an hour, worked but had the wrong equipment. Had to leave to retrieve it from home. Got the drain open then presented me with a bill. $88.00 for the work and $44.00 to come to the house, ( service charge) I inquired about the $88,00 and was told that is based on how long it took him. If he had brought the equipment it would have been half as long.
The phone service is not so great but I was not wanting the person to clean my drain. The service guy that came was very polite and went right to work.
In the end, he did open the drain, they also provide a 90 warranty if it should plug again.
I will call again.
