When I called them to look at my furnace 4 years ago, the Heat Exchange was gone - however they investigated and it was still on warranty - so bottom line I didn't need to buy a new furnace. A year ago, a competitor was trying to sell my mom a new furnace for $10,000 - I sent Heat-Rite over to my mom's and she only paid $4-5K. They have always been extremely courteous, cordial and treated me with the utmost respect. This week, the pressure switch broke on my furnace - I didn't discover until I got home at night and SaskEnergy got the furnace going again and advised me the switch needed to be replaced. I called Heat-Rite that night - and they were at my house the next morning. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Heat Rite. Merry Christmas Heat Rite!

It's been a year since I wrote this review and I need to add that Martin helped tenants move furniture while he was waiting for access to a suite!! Amazing customer service.
