★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve used Perfection for our rental condo before, but we also use them for any home plumbing problems. I called because our on demand hot water heater was giving some problems. Liam was dispatched and he did a great job of diagnosing the problem and making the necessary repairs. He also made some suggestions based on what he found. I was pleased with getting someone out shortly after I called. The problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly. It was especially nice that Sherry called the next day to see if things went well. Perfection has a great business model and I will certainly use them again.

The office staff was also prompt, friendly and polite. They were very responsive and I never had to wait to get my questions answered. They ensured I knew when Brendan would be there. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend Perfection Plumbing!

Brenden was very professional as the installer and did an amazing and quick job from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company if you value good service and workmanship.

Person who called back was the actual service provider. They arrived on time with all tools and items required to protect our floors and clean up after themselves.
We have a home in the city built in 1967 so it is a matter of when we call them again, not if.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My current water heater was leaking so I called Perfection Plumbing and they were able to send Liam out that same day to assess the problem. After a thorough check of the equipment he determined that the water heater would need to be replaced and gave me a knowledgeable
explanation. I told him that I would like to proceed so he called the office, they ordered a new hot water tank and he returned the next day to install it. Liam showed up as scheduled, was friendly and did the work in a timely and professional manner. He was respectful of my home and left the workspace cleaner than it was when he arrived. I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Liam as well as the office staff who took my initial call. I highly recommend Perfection Plumbing and I'll definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.
