I needed a lot of education about the things to look for in a home, the process of home ownership, being a new landlord and was very patient with me throughout the entire process as i needed alot of reassurance. I feel like she went out of her way alot of the time and made her schedule flexible to meet my needs. You can tell she is truly passionate about her job and cares about her clients. I love everything about my house and am very thankful she was able to help me make a big life change go so smoothly!

Liz began assisting me, we looked at about 15 places as I flew out to try and buy a house move directly from Halifax to new place in Saskatoon! A combination of me changing what I was interested in and my previous home sale falling thru kind of paused a purchase to be. 2.0 search was a specific and they didn't seem to show up very often, I was ok with this because I was now in a 6month rental lease. Liz remained Positive even when I probably was becoming weary. I bought Nov 1st and am very happy with my purchase. She started by asking questions to get the full picture of what I was looking for, listened, and took lots of notes. After our meeting she very quickly came back with tons of options for me. Elizabeth has remained in contact with us even after the purchase, she contacted the seller to ask about paint colors, and followed up in regards to the minor replacements we decided to make.
